Payment Policy:

Payment is required prior to the beginning of all classes. 
For your convenience, Horizon Safety Training accepts:  American Express, MasterCard, Visa, business checks and  money orders.   Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation number.

REFUND POLICY: 
Once confirmation number is assigned NO REFUNDS are given unless the class is cancelled by Horizon Safety Training, L.L.C..  If there is a cancellation by Horizon Safety Training for any reason, you will be notified by the instructor prior to the beginning of class.
