YES!  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card.  All transactions are done through Authorize.Net to ensure the most secure method of Payment.  Currently we can process Credit Card orders over the phone, but are working diligently to update our web site so classes can be booked online!

Can I use a  credit card to pay for a class?

Our main training facility is located in Tempe at Mill/Southern and we also have another training location in Camelback and 99th Ave so we can be centrally located to most people in phoenix.  Because we realize what busy schedules people have, we can also make arrangements to travel to your home or business with advanced notice. For those outside of Phoenix we currently offer classes throughout Arizona tailored to your needs.  We work with you to set up a class that will be conveniently located and work with your schedule to provide the best service possible to our customers. Our most common regular classes are in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, and Yuma. 

Where are classes offered locally?

We have been teaching classes for 11yrs in Arizona and always make sure that the classes are educational, interactive and FUN!  While many classes offered by other companies can either be long and boring covering materials or short and skim through too fast to understand, we continuously make sure that everyone is engaged in the class and leaves with an enjoyable experience they do not forget.

What kind of experience should I expect at one of your classes?

While you definitely have many options in taking safety classes, you’ll find that we offer many more classes a month and more flexible times than other companies offering training.  We also provide many types of training including CPR, First Aid, OSHA and CABS so you don’t need to go to many different training centers to receive all of the training you need and combined with the number of instructors and manikins we can train large groups together rather than only in small classes.  To top it off we have our training centers located centrally in phoenix and in the west valley along with offering training at your home or business.  We are also looking to continue expanding locations to make it more convenient for people throughout the valley and other cities in Arizona.

What is the difference between courses you offer and other courses on the market?

While we are based in Phoenix we do offer courses in other states.  Because prices vary on group size and location please give us a call or send us an email and we will work with you to provide the best service at the best prices. 

Do you offer courses outside of Arizona?

While we don’t currently have instructors who speak Spanish (if your interested, give us a call), we do offer translation services should you need one of our classes conducted in Spanish.  Prices vary depending on classes taken and number of people attending so give us a call and we’ll work with you to get you the training you need at an affordable price.

Do you offer courses in Spanish?

While we would like you to come experience it for yourself, we can assure you that we are not a “fly by night company” or just out for a buck.  We’re a member of the Better Business Bureau and Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, so you can rest easy knowing that we’re a business that can be trusted.  We also are an Authorized Training Center through ASHI.  Just to make sure we cover all our bases, should you pay by credit card over the phone, we use Authorize.net to ensure all transactions are safe and secure.  If you are looking around at other courses we recommend you check their credentials to see if they offer the same level of trust, commitment and course study we do.
